GoRoast is our in-house coffee brand, created to perfectly pair with our whoopie pies. Roasted in small batches, our coffees are carefully selected and crafted for balance, flavour, and consistency — whether you’re enjoying a flat white at our cart or brewing at home.

 

Our journey into coffee roasting came naturally. After years of working with great coffee and seeing how important the perfect pairing is, we decided to take the next step and roast our own beans in-house. With our own built-in home roastery, we now have full control over every roast — from green bean selection to final flavour in the cup.

 

This hands-on approach allows us to fine-tune each batch, ensuring every coffee we serve meets the same standards we set for our whoopie pies: quality, consistency, and flavour you can rely on.
